It was a long hot day. The A/C was behind schedule. A passenger was giving the check clerk a hard time complaining about everything. The check-in clerk remained cool, polite and smiling . After the aggressive passenger had been checked in the next passenger complimented the clerk on his polite behavior, "not a problem" said the check in clerk, "this guy is going to New York and his suitcase is going to London."
